This community service activity aims to provide socialization to MSMEs actors so that they can use the tax incentive program provided by the government to MSMEs during the Covid 19 pandemic. Because many people who have MSMEs do not get adequate information and knowledge support. Most of the MSMEs owners feel they don’t know o don’t get good socialization regarding tax incentivers. The implementation method is carried out through socializing the understanding of MSMEs tax incentives. The results of the socialization show that the use of tax incentives is not widely known by MSMEs actors, through this socialization activity, it is able to encourage MSMEs actors in Payakumbuh City to be more enthusiastic in carrying out tax obligations because of the relief provided by the government during the Covid 19 pandemic
