Extension activities to strengthen team engagement at MSMEs Sahafi Herbal Cake & Bakery Koto Baru Dharmasraya have an important meaning for business actors and their employees. As one of the MSMEs that is just developing in the Dharmasraya area, of course you will experience various kinds of obstacles and obstacles in managing your business. One of the problems discovered by the owner was an internal factor, namely employee problems. To deal with these problems, the service team will deliver material on team engagement within a company.The planned achievements of the community service program regarding team engagement are the delivery of material about company culture, indicators of success within a company, innovations developed by the company, job training aimed at employees so that employees feel cared for and can develop themselves, as well as giving awards which are serves as an appreciation for employees who excel.
