Lancang Kuning University is one of the Largest Private Universities in Riau Province. One of the services itself is in processing the selection of prospective new students. So far, what has happened every time the selection of prospective new students is still using the manual method.Where new prospective students are faced with manual exam paper sheets in which the filling is well defined and described in the form of a research report so as to produce a product in the form of an application.The application is in the form of an online exam where with this application prospective students. However, the existing applications have not been well socialized to all related parties. The method of implementing this IBM activity is carried out at Lancang Kuning University with the method of lecturing, system testing, question and answer and evaluation.This training is also given to Puskom Operators who will later be involved in using the system, namely in the form of web exam management, question data input, registration of prospective exam follower students, live exam simulations, print test results, and program backups. The evaluation method is carried out at the beginning and end of the training. The activities carried out were in the form of application testing to 36 Participants. With this training, it can provide an overview of the effectiveness of the Online Exam Application service for New Prospective Students at Lancang Kuning University. From the results obtained, there were not many obstacles faced in the field during the activity.
