Abstract

The presence of social media in modern times like today has brought many changes to the world of communication. Social media is not only a tool to communicate, but also a means to find friends, share photos and even as a means of promotion for an online store business. Social media is also a tool that has been available as a means to increase sales targets and can also be a means to find out the reach of all promotional activities carried out. All profitable things can be realized, as long as online shop business actors can use social media in the right way and rules so that they can carry out their role as the right place and tool for effective promotion. With this technology strategy, it will bring change to the people of Tanjung Riau and can encourage various change efforts, because the people of Tanjung Riau are still unfamiliar with social media, industrial technology and English, many people, especially school children and teenagers who still do not understand the application of information technology and also still do not understand the application of English, therefore the purpose of this coaching is to invite the people of Tanjung Riau to know about social media strategies, industrial technology and strategies for using.
