Abstract

Community Service Activities (PKM) are carried out during a pandemic. This is based on situations and conditions as well as activities that have all shifted, so the biggest impact on MSMEs. We carry out this community service activity in Putri Ayu Bukittinggi embroidery and embroidery business. The problem faced by partners is the reduction in direct sales, the partner's operational activities only complete orders before Covid. The method of implementing this activity is by means of socialization and material presentation. So that later it can help partners maintain sales. The sample in our activity is all employees and shop owners, all 5 people. Activities carried out from May to June 2020 ran smoothly according to the predetermined plan, and this activity also received full support from the owner and employees of Putri Ayu Bukittinggi embroidery and embroidery shop, thus providing additional enthusiasm for the PKM UPI YPTK Padang Team to share knowledge. This activity began with the provision of material about Covid-19 and its impact on the economy, especially the slowing down of business / business growth, and continued with providing material on how to maintain sales strategies in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era. The results were obtained, after the socialization of the partners more aggressively carried out online promotions, be it via Facebook or Instagram, and the partners also innovated their products by making cloth masks from embroidery and embroidery. So they can maintain their sales during this pandemic.
