Abstract

This community service was based on student problems that occur at school which were quite an obstacle to effective learning. The problem that occurs was a social problem caused by students' bullying behavior which can have a negative impact on both the victim and the perpetrator. The aimed of this community service was to evaluate the activities of the Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) in reducing bullying behavior that occurs in class VII students at UPT SMPN 2 Sitiung. The methods used in were seminar and workshop. The participants were 67 students from class VII at UPT SMPN 2 Sitiung. This community service held every Wednesday from 9 August to 13 September 2023 for 6 activities and guided by the P5 team consisting of 5 teachers at UPT SMPN 2 Sitiung. Evaluation of activities using questionnaires and data analysis using Paired Sample Test to see differences in students' bullying behavior before and after being given P5 activities. The results of this community service showed that there was a significant difference between students' bullying behavior before and after being given P5 activities. The number of students who rarely bully decreased by 6.3% and students in the category who sometimes bully decreased by 9.3%. The number of students who frequently bullied also decreased by 15.9% after P5 activities were carried out. This P5 implementation activity can reduce student bullying behavior in schools so that this activity can be recommended to always be implemented in schools.
