Abstract

The pandemic of Covid-19 that occurred from the end of 2019 has made may changes in people’s lives. Society faces an uncertain and unpredictable situation. The policy of “stay at home” which assigned by the government in order to cut the chain of the spread of Covid-19 has also made everyone have to limit their social activities. All activities which carried out from home, by having the same routines every day, for some people, those might cause boredom since they have lack interaction with the circumstances and the social situation around them. Social interactions are mostly diverted through social media activities, but this sometimes creates new problems. With so many hoaxes and unclear news, it even raises new worries. Not to mention the anxiety and fear that is felt because of the increasing number of positive sufferers affected by Covid-19. This Community Service Program aims to educate Moms about mental health in adapting to existing changes. This psychology education is provided online, given the ongoing situation of the outbreak. After attending this education, participants received information about what to do when faced with anxiety, so that they can maintain their mental health during staying at home.
