Abstract

Transportation is one of the most important needs in human life. The use of this transportation is closely related to the importance of feeling safe and comfortable for passengers. It is very important to pay attention to safety and comfort in order to create passenger satisfaction. PT. Family Raya as an object of Community Service requires good security and comfort strategy management in order to achieve sustainable passenger satisfaction. For this reason, this community service activity is carried out at PT. Family Raya, which involved all employees in the marketing sector, where in this activity the service team recommended a strategy for passenger safety and comfort. Through this activity, the evaluation results showed that the employees of PT. Family Raya has understood very well and benefited from the formulation of this strategy in order to achieve passenger satisfaction goals.
