Abstract

In House Training (IHT) program aimed to increase participant competency in implementing the Kurikulum Merdeka. IHT program were held for two days, namely Wednesday-Thursday, 18-19 October 2023 at SMAN 10 Tebo. Implementation of IHT was carried out using face-to-face and assignment methods. The program includes skills or practical training as well as training materials delivered with simple concepts. The parameters for the success of the program were taken from the results of assessing the participants’ ability to complete the worksheet that has been prepared by the committee. The results of the program showed that of the 25 participants, 22 people (88%) were able to complete the worksheet properly and correctly, while 3 participants (12%) still needed further assistance. Evaluation was carried out by observing the training participants’ ability to complete worksheets with reference to the material obtained during the training activities. This IHT activity was able to strengthen participants’ understanding of the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka and increase awareness of the importance of opening oneself to accept change in an educational process.
