The application of this entrepreneurship training model is carried out to increase the number of independent entrepreneurs among PMW grant recipient students at Padang State University. The preparation and needs analysis stages are the initial phase in the design of SEM Entrepreneurship training activities. The number of training participants as training partners is 30 PMW recipient students, the method of activities is with qualitative observation interviews and documentation of activities. The results of PKM at the training needs analysis stage are that students really need training, gaps that occur in the entrepreneurial ability of entrepreneurial skills in terms of motivation, management and business operations as well as digital marketing-based entrepreneurship. Through good activity preparation it is expected that it will have an impact on well-executed PKM activities.
