Abstract
The management of users on the Internet is currently very necessary. Limited bandwidth can be a problem when there are too many users. This study seeks to dissect the problems of internet access on the internet network of the Mitra Usaha savings and credit cooperative. This search is for an internet network that has not been configured / managed properly, resulting in an unstable connection. The entrance to the Internet network owned by KSP Mitra Usaha is quite capable. However, problems arise when the Internet users in the office of the KSP business partner have not been managed properly, so that users who are not employees of the KSP Mitra Usaha can use this function. The impact of this will reduce the internet quality of KSP Mitra Usaha. For this reason, in this community service program, the user management configurations are made over the Internet network and train the administrators and employees to manage the users themselves. With this user management, it is hoped that the Internet quality of KSP Mitra Usaha will be better, thus increasing the performance of employees of cooperatives, increasing the efficiency and profit of cooperative enterprises, while becoming a promotional medium for KSP Mitra Usaha. . The use of user management with the addition of configurations on the mikrotik router makes the Internet connection smooth because the bandwidth owned by the Mitra Usaha has been divided into each user or customer according to the bandwidth requirements for each hotspot user.
