PENDAMPINGAN PEMBERDAYAAN USAHA BUDIDAYA JAMUR TIRAM

The community empowerment programme through oyster mushroom cultivation assistance was carried out with the aim of increasing business results and marketing of Purwanti Musroom oyster mushroom business in the Koto Salak sub-district area, Dharmasraya Regency. which was carried out for one month. Activities include data collection of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of oyster mushroom business management. The results of this activity are analyses, recommendations and suggestions in increasing the yield of oyster mushroom cultivation, which can generate additional income for entrepreneurs. In addition, processed products from oyster mushrooms can also be developed to increase selling value. Despite obstacles such as limited capital and information on market opportunities, this programme succeeded in analysing new sustainable business opportunities. Thus, this empowerment is expected to continue to grow and have a long-term impact in improving the welfare of oyster mushroom entrepreneurs.
